Return Policy & Refunds


Returns are easy, and for most returns, you do not need to contact customer service. Follow these simple guidelines. Within 30 days after receiving your shipment, you may return any item except final-sale merchandise. For your protection, we recommend that you use United Parcel Service, FedEx or insured Parcel Post, and wrap the package securely.

Always include a copy of your packing list with a notation indicating:


•    The exact nature of the problem

•    The corrective action you are requesting (refund or exchange)

•    Your daytime telephone and/or fax number


If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number (if available) and the name and address of the person who purchased the order on a separate piece of paper. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.


Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error.  Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Note that only merchandise purchased from Girl Scouts – North Carolina Coastal Pines may be returned to us.
