When will my order arrive?

We make every effort to deliver in-stock items within 10 business days after receiving your order.

How long will it take to receive a back-ordered item?

We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks. Back orders are billed to your credit card when the order is placed so that items can be shipped just as soon as they become available.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated using the weight and zip code of your shipment as calculated by current USPS Priority Mail rates.  Only items weighing one pound or less have the option of Light Shipping at a cost of $3.00.  Light Shipping packages will be sent through US Postal Service.  Only IPP Badges qualify to be sent at no cost via USPS regular parcel.

Do I have to pay additional shipping costs for a back-ordered item?

No. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.
